Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:1 year’s experience in a distribution or production environment (for example, logistics supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, or manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Monitor dairy plant production processes while following SOPs and GMPs to ensure accurate paperwork and proper recording temperatures.
• Verify charts and product temperatures; troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, CIP and hand cleaning; report safety concerns to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement by tracking process data and equipment performance.
• Communicate mechanical and operational issues and collaborate with managers and coworkers to address improvement opportunities.
