Qualifications

• Ability to actively listen to instructions and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Report to workstation on time and wear proper work attire.
• Set up work area by ensuring machines are assembled.
• Follow SOP, SSOP, GMP, and safety policies.
• Verify machine parts are sterilized with liquid sanitizer.
• Assemble machine parts each morning.
• Supply materials to rails, conveyors, hoppers, or feeding devices.
• Verify kefir pouches have correct lot number, expiration date, weight, vat number.
• Verify printer labels display correct information for kefir and cheese products.
• Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature.
• Stop or reset machines when malfunction occurs and report to supervisor.
• Observe machine operations for quality and conformity.
• Monitor production line for jams or pile-ups.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
• Stack finished items in milk crates and wrap pallets.
• Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation.
• Clean packaging containers, filler lines, and disassemble machines.
• Complete all assigned production tasks accurately.
• Additional duties as assigned.
