Job summary

Dairy Farm Families in Wisconsin is seeking a production line operator to prepare, operate, maintain, and stock the assigned production line, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

You will troubleshoot equipment, support preventive maintenance, observe operations for quality, and follow GMP and safety regulations; previous production or general work experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station.
• Maintain equipment in full operational status by making adjustments to equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and notify proper individuals for preventative maintenance.
• Maintain quality by observing operations and adjusting with speed controls.
• Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow DFA GMPs and corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
