• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develops product prototypes using laboratory and pilot plant equipment to support R&D activities.
• Applies methodologies for project execution and designs experimental plans.
• Supports pilot plant trials, scale‑up activities, and production validations for launches.
• Sets up, operates, and maintains lab and pilot plant equipment for testing.
• Participates in benchmarking and sensory evaluations to assess quality and positioning.
• Performs analytical testing of ingredients and dairy products; analyzes data to support recommendations.
