Responsibilities

• Operate milk processing equipment (Evaporators, Separators, UF equipment, pasteurizers).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record weights, start time, downtime, pounds produced and pallets.
• Follow CIP lines and flows; perform production tests.
• Complete logs and records; ensure HACCP, USDA, FDA, SQF, MDA, GMP compliance.
