Daisy Brand, a leader in sour cream and cottage cheese, seeks a Process Improvement Engineer in Garland, TX to drive dairy processing improvements and standardization. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to reduce variation, waste, and boost efficiency while ensuring formula and process standards are met.

Your role will emphasize data-driven improvements, plant audits, and collaboration across functions to sustain high quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• BS is preferred or equivalent experience in dairy industry.
• Knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement activities and projects.
• Audit processing and sanitation standards across plants.
• Develop data analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support plants to resolve critical quality issues.
• Draft procedures and specifications for teaching and reference.
