Job summary

Tetra Pak invites talented students to join the Process Engineering Internship in Winsted, Minnesota. You will gain hands-on experience in dairy processing, line sizing, and pump sizing under mentor guidance and via an onboarding program to accelerate your professional growth.

The internship runs May 31, 2027 to April 28, 2028, with full-time hours in the summer (May 31–Aug 13) and up to 20 hours/week thereafter. Visa sponsorship, relocation, or housing are not provided.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in college, ideally in your last two years.
• Majors: Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Ideally intermediate Excel and Word skills.
• Availability to work Full time during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in process engineering for cheese and dairy products.
• Learn sizing and specification of a process line.
• Perform calculations for line sizing, pump sizing, and valve sizing.
