Job summary

Ornua is seeking a sanitation supervisor to lead the sanitation crew in a dairy production facility. The role ensures a wholesome, food-safe environment by supervising disassembly, cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, and maintaining records for HACCP and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School education or higher.
• 5+ years sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years supervising sanitation crew.
• English reading and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pre-cleaning, cleaning and sanitizing of facility and equipment.
• Ensure sanitation conforms to SOPs and HACCP requirements.
• Document nightly audits of the Master Sanitation Plan.
