Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Plant Manager for the Marshfield site to lead full site operations, drive a culture of safety, and deliver year‑over‑year operational improvements. The role works with the Manufacturing Leadership Team to enhance safety, quality, service, and teamwork while improving processes and engagement across all employees.

You will develop strategic plans, oversee budgets, and partner with HR to foster employee development and strong relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dairy manufacturing, operations management or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational strategic plans aligned with the business strategy.
• Lead daily direction setting including safety, food safety, quality, service and production schedules.
• Champion safety and lead investigations and improvement activities.
• Guide plant management to collaborate across functions, vendors, and customers for sustainable improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations (OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA).
• Oversee budgeting for the facility and ongoing reevaluation.
