Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager for cultured dairy manufacturing in Schuylkill Haven, PA. You will oversee operations, coordinate with the Plant Manager and staff, and drive performance through KPIs while maintaining safety, quality and cost controls.

You will lead teams across departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in budget planning and continuous improvement efforts. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.
