Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Team Leader to ensure reliable operation of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and plant utilities at the Gooding Cheese Plant. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating maintenance tasks, managing parts inventories, and communicating downtime to production teams while maintaining documentation and adherence to GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• License in HVAC, Water Treatment, Industrial Refrigeration (RETA) or Boiler certification strongly desired.
• Process Safety Management (PSM) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains operation of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, boiler/condensate, and water supply systems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions by observing equipment in operation and using precision instruments.
• Removes and replaces defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
• Maintains maintenance logs and reports on trends and actions.
