Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of our production facility. This role requires flexibility for standby and off-hour work to support plant goals.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment while adhering to safety and predictive maintenance practices. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and assisting with new equipment installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA in maintenance is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial dairy/ milk plant.
• Electrical/industrial maintenance experience and preventive maintenance systems preferred.
• Centrifugal pump maintenance experience strongly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health regulations.
• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and test equipment for proper functionality.
• Complete work orders, execute preventive maintenance schedules, and assist with new equipment installation.
• Conduct minor and major repairs on plant equipment.
• Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks.
