Job summary

gpac is seeking a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance technician for a highly automated dairy facility. The role focuses on safe, compliant, and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems across a 24/7 operation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment. This position offers night/weekend shift premiums and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with reading schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems.
• Support a 24/7 dairy facility with consistent hours and a strong team culture.
• Operate and maintain modern automated systems, robotics, and pasteurization equipment.
