Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairies Hawaii, LLC is seeking a Dairy Filler Operator to operate and monitor filling and packaging equipment, ensuring accurate labeling and coding while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing or dairy environments, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, food production, or dairy experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor dairy filling equipment.
• Perform quality checks including weights, labels, lot codes, and package integrity.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and sanitation procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow food safety, SQF, GMP, and allergen control requirements.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
