Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing or dairy environments, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, food production, or dairy experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor dairy filling equipment.
• Perform quality checks including weights, labels, lot codes, and package integrity.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and sanitation procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow food safety, SQF, GMP, and allergen control requirements.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Position Summary

The Dairy Filler Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring filling and packaging equipment to ensure products are filled, labeled, coded, and packaged accurately while meeting food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor dairy filling equipment.
• Perform quality checks including weights, labels, lot codes, and package integrity.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and sanitation procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow food safety, SQF, GMP, and allergen control requirements.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
