Job summary

Aerotek in Waukesha, WI seeks a Dairy Processing Operator to safely run sleeving, bottling, and packaging equipment in a GMP environment across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will help maintain high quality, ensure accurate date coding, and support production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating packaging, sleeving, bottling, and filling machines in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in GMP environments (GMP) and compliance with SOPs/SSOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate sleeving, bottling, and related packaging machines following SOPs to ensure quality.
• Set up work areas and machines at shift start and ensure equipment readiness.
• Monitor line to prevent back-ups and verify correct sleeve application and date coding.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Communicate machine status and quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Relieve other operators during downtime to maintain efficiency across shifts.
• Follow GMP standards and regulatory requirements (HACCP, FDA, OSHA, USDA).
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper protective attire.
