AgReserves, Inc. is seeking reliable Milkers for its Elberta Valley dairy operations in Utah. The role focuses on maximizing daily milk harvest and adherence to safety and cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities include milking routines, equipment maintenance, and animal health checks. Candidates should have dairy experience, be able to lift up to 100 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience handling dairy cows.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow milking routines to maximize milk harvest.
• Maintain cleaning of milking equipment and parlor area.
• Identify Mastitis and properly sort and milk out affected cows.
• Ensure cows enter parlor in proper order; manage pen sorting.
• Work outdoors in various weather; stand up to 12 hours daily.
