AgReserves, Inc. is seeking seasonal Casual Laborers to support our dairy farm operations in Utah. The role offers variable hours and on-demand work as part of a busy farming season.

You will help with cattle care, branding, marking, weaning, shipping, and general ranch maintenance. Expect to operate tractors and trucks, perform routine repairs, and collaborate with teammates while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work on an as-needed basis.
• Safely and proficiently work cattle on horseback, while following company’s animal husbandry/welfare policies.
• Safely and efficiently gather cattle in pasture and works cattle in corrals/pens, adhering to low-stress principles.
• Be punctual, respectful, and safety-conscious.

• Help during works, including marking, branding, weaning, and shipping.
