Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in a cheese and whey manufacturing plant.
• Experience in training or mentoring maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of cheese and whey manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical training programs effectively.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for maintenance of cheese & whey equipment.
• Develop and maintain training materials (SOPs, manuals, presentations, videos).
• Customize programs for new hires and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom sessions on key equipment (pasteurizers, separators, evaporators, dryers, CIP).
• Provide training on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Track training metrics, ROI, and progress; manage LMS records.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and HR to align initiatives with business goals.
