- Contribute to department budgets, goals, and results to maximize sales and profits.
- Communicate positively with associates and customers.
- Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
- Keep floor, shelf, and display areas clean and sanitary.
- Maintain accurate department temperature logs on all shifts.
- Assist with special projects like inventories, store resets, remodels, and promotions.
- Supervise and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Salary Range: $18.85 - $23.15
