Job summary

Sartori Company is seeking an Intake Operator for the Antigo Creamery to oversee milk transfer, screening and coordination with cheese production. The role includes maintaining sanitation, CIP records, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced dairy plant.

You will supervise antibiotic testing in the intake lab, train others in testing procedures, and communicate results to farms while ensuring accurate load-out and silo management. Overtime and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing preferred.
• Antibiotic testing certification and related licenses are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and shipping of milk and by-products.
• Screen milk for quality and coordinate transfers for cheese production.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance and regulatory compliance of Intake area and equipment.
• Oversee the Intake Lab and antibiotic testing procedures.
• Manage milk silos rotation and usage for efficiency.
• Load cream, milk and whey trucks and document information.
• Report food safety or quality issues to management.
• Comply with Safety, HACCP and GMP policies.
