Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, recording charts and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and computer skills; comfortable with basic math and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Intake Lab operations, including antibiotic testing equipment and results communication.
• Transfer raw milk from trucks into silos and manage milk loads per protocols.
• Sanitation and cleaning: CIP systems and manual cleaning; maintain sanitation records.
• Load-out of cream, milk, and whey trucks; document required information.
• Maintain CIP systems and keep CIP circle charts up to date; report safety or quality issues.
