Kemps is hiring a Gripper operator at our Cedarburg plant. You will move milk crates with gripper equipment, following on-board computer directions, and maintain safety in a 35–40°F environment. Precision, teamwork and reliability are essential.

We offer a 2nd shift with a rotating schedule, competitive pay starting at $27.71, rising to $30.75 after one year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stack/move cases up to 6-8 high.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport milk to various areas of the warehouse following directions from the mounted computer.
• Operate gripper equipment and handle crates with precision.
• Maintain safety standards in a cold environment and wet conditions.
