Job summary

Kemps in Cedarburg, Wisconsin is hiring for a 2nd Shift, Order Picker/Merge Operator (Cooler Worker). This role sits between order pickers and truck loaders, organizing orders on each trailer to help loadings run efficiently.

Starting pay is $27.71/hour, rising to $30.75/hour after one year. Schedule is 10–12 hour shifts, four days per week, in a dairy environment with strong safety and teamwork values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and build orders; palletize products and stage materials for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment in cooler, freezer, or dock environments.
• Assist in loading trailers and organize orders between pickers and truck loaders.
