Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking help in the dairy/frozen department to ensure guest service and proper operation. You will stock, rotate, and maintain dairy/frozen products, keep the area neat, and support front-end tasks as needed to sustain a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and physical endurance to lift and move products as part of daily duties in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate a pallet jack for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition all dairy/frozen product on shelves according to Lowe's Foods standards.
• Maintain neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
• Maintain organized, inventoried, rotated, and dated overstock in cooler/freezer areas.
• Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control and handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store.
• Order milk, eggs, and other dairy/frozen products to maintain proper stock levels and inventory control.
• Maintain organized paperwork associated with ordering and stock loss documentation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards on sales floor and in cooler/freezer areas.
• Perform front-end duties as necessary to uphold no-wait service standard.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store.
• Responsible for ordering milk, eggs, and other dairy/frozen product to maintain proper product level, rotation, and inventory control.
• Responsible for maintaining organized paperwork associated with ordering and proper stock loss documentation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the cooler/freezer areas.
• Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
