Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to maintain the dairy and freezer sections, stock products, rotate stock, and ensure product integrity for Members. This role supports merchandising, inventory, and food safety standards while delivering excellent service.

The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and at least 18 years of age. Weekly pay, benefits, and club membership perks are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Email applications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stock dairy and freezer products according to planograms to maintain visual standards.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy to ensure freshness.
• Apply FIFO rotation to reduce waste and preserve quality.
• Perform quality and date checks and remove expired items.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards across coolers and shelving.
• Maintain accurate signage and pricing and support seasonal merchandising.
• Attend to other duties and maintain regular attendance.
