Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to maintain dairy and freezer sections, support merchandising, inventory management, and ensure food safety standards while delivering excellent service to Members. The role contributes to department efficiency and club performance.

Responsibilities include stocking per planograms, maintaining cold chain, and ensuring accurate signage and pricing. Flexible teamwork and adherence to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Knowledge of cold chain, food safety standards, and product handling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stock dairy and freezer items per planograms to maintain visual standards and member experience.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy by monitoring temperatures and replenishing items.
• Rotate products using FIFO to reduce waste and maintain quality.
• Perform quality and date checks to uphold food safety standards.
