Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and product handling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planogram integrity in dairy and freezer.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy.
• Execute proper product rotation (FIFO) to reduce waste.
• Conduct quality and date checks to uphold safety standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Support product availability and signing/pricing accuracy.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance to support operations.
