Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance & Equipment worker to operate and clean the fluid filling and packaging equipment in our Manufacturing area. You will maintain sanitary environments and support CIP/COP systems to ensure product quality.

You will also disassemble/reassemble equipment for cleaning, maintain production records, and uphold Publix and regulatory standards. Candidates must lift 50+ lbs, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and be a team player.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate GMPs and safe working habits.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
• Forklift license and basic data entry skills preferred.
• Must work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean fluid filling and packaging equipment.
• Maintain sanitary environment for packaging of fluid products.
• Clean the filling room environment and use CIP/COP systems.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for cleaning as needed.
• Maintain production records and ensure quality per Publix standards.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
