Job summary

Conagra Brands in Menomonie, WI, is seeking a Finance Analyst to perform moderately complex financial analysis, present findings to management, and investigate issues across projects. You will partner with dairy operations to answer accounting and finance questions and help drive FP&A and month-end processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; SAP experience and cross‑functional collaboration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional general business and financial experience.
• Experience in dairy operations, along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts preferred.
• Experience working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge.
• Experience with SAP or other software tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a partner for dairy operations on accounting and finance related questions.
• Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan for assigned component of the P&L and related balance sheet accounts.
• Update the monthly forecast for assigned department based on business changes.
• Communicate changes to business partners with actionable commentary.
• Participate in month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure timely completion.
