Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking an experienced Operations Controller for its Wisconsin plants. In this strategic role, you will partner with Operations leadership, providing financial insights and performance analysis to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with site leadership and a global network of controllers, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines while identifying performance gaps.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and at least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or finance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in management reporting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operational and financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
• Analyze KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, identify performance gaps, and lead improvement initiatives.
