Job summary

Hilmar Cheese Company is seeking skilled operators for its dairy production facility in Hilmar, CA. The role focuses on operating separators, HTST equipment, and filtration systems to ensure high-quality whey and milk products.

You will monitor process parameters, perform CIP cleaning, and uphold GMP and safety standards across shifts. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs, possess basic computer skills, and be willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Separators to ensure proper fat separation in whey
• Operate whey HTSTs following guidelines, maintain flow and temperature
• Maintain and operate filtration equipment, monitor protein and solids
• Learn and operate computer related controls and CIP processes
• Maintain QC and production programs per HCC standards
• Support safety, sanitation and food safety policies
• Assist in training teammates and improving processes
