Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating filling machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Hygiene regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling/Packaging equipment, adhering to quality assurance, productivity, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment for proper cleaning/sanitizing and operating per manufacture instructions.
• Monitor and control the flow of product through machine.
• Provide required samples to the laboratory for appraisal prior to finished product storage in the warehouse.
• Maintain food safety and food quality by completing tasks and keeping the work area sanitary.
• Wear food safety/sanitation clothing.
• Conform to personal hygiene regulations.
• Report food safety problems to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure all programs are upheld and documentation is current.
