Farm Job Search is seeking an Assistant Crop Farm Manager to lead a team on a 2,000 acre, 700 cow family dairy farm in central Wisconsin. You will oversee planting, harvesting, and equipment maintenance to support our dairy operations.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems collaboratively. Housing may be available after a trial period; hours are seasonally driven.
