Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of related experience required.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Operate evaporator and ensure optimum daily performance.
• Monitor whey flow and regulate factors such as whey solids and temperature.
• Take frequent readings and log multiple variables.
