The role focuses on planning, layout, design, and cost estimating for new dairy facilities and expansions, supporting early-stage development of large-scale projects to meet customer expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• CAD experience with AutoCAD, DraftSight or Revit.
• Knowledge of agricultural construction or dairy operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and layout facility layouts for freestall barns, parlors, maternity barns, youngstock facilities, manure systems, and feed storage.
• Prepare CAD drawings and update layouts with vendor specs and structural details.
• Assist with cost estimates including materials, labor, subcontractors, and structural packages; help develop preliminary budgets and proposals.
