Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remarkable team of customer service champions and coach, train, develop and influence your team to achieve department and store goals.
• Provide remarkable customer service to every guest in-store or for special orders or questions.
• Build exciting merchandising displays to sell more products and reach gross profit goals.
• Evaluate product quality and freshness to ensure top quality for guests.
• Order product and maintain proper inventory levels; assist team with duties including prep, cleanliness, stocking, and cooler organization.
