Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Dairy Department Manager to lead a dynamic team in our Morrison, IL location. You will coach and develop staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive merchandising and inventory strategies to support store profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service champions and coach, train, develop and influence to achieve department and store goals.
• Provide remarkable customer service to guests in-store or by phone for special orders or questions.
• Create engaging merchandising displays to drive product sales and achieve gross profit targets.
• Evaluate product quality and freshness to ensure top quality offerings for guests.
• Order products and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Assist department team members with duties such as preparing products, keeping a clean and safe workspace, stocking, organizing cooler/freezer, and waste reduction.
