Qualifications

• Ability to rotate and replenish merchandise while maintaining quality standards.
• Unloads trucks and places product in appropriate storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner.
• Learns customers' names and addresses them by name when possible.
• Assists customers by escorting to products, securing items, and handling requests.
• Answers the telephone promptly with helpful service.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise and maintains quality standards.
• Unloads trucks and stores products properly.
• Faces merchandise and keeps department clean and organized.
• Builds end caps and plans displays as needed.
• Orders product and supplies requested by department manager.
