Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by treating customers as the most important people in the store.
• Greet customers and learn names when possible, addressing them by name.
• Assist customers by guiding them to products and handling requests.
• Rotate and replenish merchandise and maintain department cleanliness.
• Unloads trucks and places product in storage areas, and builds displays as needed.
• Ensure temperature, safety, and hygiene standards are met in the department.
