Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Yorktown, VA is hiring a team member to create an outstanding customer experience through friendly, attentive service. You will help maintain a safe, clean store environment and assist the department manager in meeting sales and quality goals.

Position Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.




• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products they inquire about.

• Recommend dairy items to customers to ensure they get the products they want and need.
