Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a 2nd shift fill operator to support production by stocking and moving milk cases, unloading trailers, and keeping areas clean and safe. This position offers $17.00 per hour with overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international education equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trailers as received and documents and accounts for cases and pallets accurately.
• Lifts, stacks, and loads pallets, and additional items needed from trailers.
• Safely transfers cases to the chain. When the chain is full, the operator will proactively assist with alternative job tasks to support production.
• Keeps the work area clean and orderly and in safe condition.
• When cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers, must safely work around chemicals and machinery.
• Monitors radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.
