Job summary

Maola Milk in High Point, NC is seeking a Filler Operator to keep milk cases stocked and production running smoothly in a fast-paced dairy environment. You will unload trailers, move pallets, and ensure clean, safe work areas to support quality and efficiency.

This hourly position pays $18.00 per hour, with a 4:00am–12:30pm shift and overtime including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required, and Maola offers benefits starting within your first month.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and document cases and pallets.
• Lift, stack, and load pallets from trailers.
• Safely transfer cases to the chain and support production.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety around chemicals and machinery.
• Operate radio communications for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

SUMMARY

Supplies Filler Operators with clean and sanitary milk cases to allow production to run efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unloads trailers as received and documents and accounts for cases and pallets accurately.
• Lifts, stacks, and loads pallets, and additional items needed from trailers.
• Safely transfers cases to the chain. When the chain is full, the operator will proactively assist with alternative job tasks to support production.
• Keeps the work area clean and orderly and in safe condition.
• When cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers, must safely work around chemicals and machinery.
• Monitors radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

It also requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.

• The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.
• Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high. Wet/slippery work conditions.
