Alta Genetics is seeking an AI Technician to support our customer service efforts by providing high-quality breeding services to dairy operations. This field-based role requires hands-on bovine reproduction work including AI and heat detection on assigned dairies.

You will collaborate with Alta team members and farm staff, maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and ensure equipment readiness. Weekend rotations may be required.

• Perform heat detection and AI on dairy cattle per schedules.

• Maintain on-farm relationships with managers and staff.
• Follow farm procedures and suggest improvements when needed.
• Collaborate with team to cover scheduling and staffing.
• Maintain attendance and ensure AI equipment is ready for visits.
