ACCEL Schools LLC is hiring Daily Substitute Teachers to support Barber Preparatory Academy and Inkster Preparatory Academy in Michigan. We’re seeking passionate, committed educators who bring lessons to life and foster both academic growth and social-emotional development.

Responsibilities include supporting instruction, supervising students across classrooms, hallways, and cafeterias, and following provided lesson plans and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for or currently hold a State of Michigan Substitute Teaching License
  • Minimum of 60 completed college credit hours (education or related field preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
  • Experience working with students in urban environments is a plus
