Job summary

Delta-T Group Detroit, Inc. seeks a Daily Substitute Teacher to provide coverage in Detroit and Metro areas during regular school hours. You will support a safe, nurturing learning environment for children and their parents.

Responsibilities include helping children develop social awareness, tailoring activities to individual needs, and collaborating with instructional and administrative staff. Occasional documentation and flexible scheduling are expected.

• Ability to follow the chain of command in conflict situations.

Our Client is seeking daily subs in the Detroit and Metro areas to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment for children and their parents.

AVAILABLE HOURS & HOURLY RATE

Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

• Monday - Friday (during school hours)
• Multiple Schools Available

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Help children develop social awareness appropriate for their age and developmental level.
• Gear the program to the needs of individual children with concern for their developmental level, interests, special needs, special talents and individual pace of learning.
• Must be willing to "fill in" where needed.
• Work cooperatively with instructional, support staff and administrative staff.
• Participate in staff development activities.
• Complete required documentation of relevant activities and submit records and reports in a timely an accurate manner.
