EDU-AIDs is seeking dependable Daily Substitute Teachers to support classrooms in Dayton, OH. This role ensures continuity of learning by providing instruction and classroom management when the regular teacher is absent.

Responsibilities include delivering lesson plans, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional development, adapting to grade levels, and communicating with school staff. The position is ASAP and short-term.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Substitute Teaching License or Educator License (PK-12).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to accept assignments across grade levels.
