Before Interview: Clear records of Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (PATCH), Pennsylvania Child Abuse History, and FBI Criminal Background Fingerprint Check as required under Act 153 of 2014 (at least 1 year old), as well as attendance at a Protecting God\'s Children class and Mandated Reporter Training.
Physical Demands: The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear; frequent use of equipment including repetitive motions and computer eye fatigue; possible exposure to bacteria and communicable diseases. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move small stacks of textbooks and equipment; may climb stairs or ladders. Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing data and observing surroundings.
Working Conditions: Normal classroom setting with working hours of 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. as needed, Monday through Friday. May be required to work outside normal hours to attend meetings, open houses, and workshops.
