Responsibilities

• Performs general clerical work under supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality of records and information.
• Answers telephone and directs calls professionally.
• Greet visitors and maintain organized files.
• Coordinate with Payroll Liaison to ensure time is completed.
• Respond to inquiries from parents, teachers, pupils and staff.
