Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgery. You will assess each patient, create a tailored plan, and apply therapeutic techniques to improve function and reduce pain.

The role values expertise in geriatric rehabilitation and capabilities in neurological or cardiac rehab settings, with strong communication and teamwork to support long-term health goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with state licensure.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac, and/or general rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans.
• Utilize treatment techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
• Educate patients and supervise assistants and aides as needed.
